A Grading System

If one of the things I am going to be doing on this blog is reviewing bars, beers, and breweries, then I suppose some form of grading system is appropriate.  I was going to go with out it, but it only seems logical that if someone is going to read a review and compare it against others, they will need a base line.  And furthermore, people like to rate things.

Being from Jersey, I have decided on the finger system.  I know this is a standard way of measuring the head on a beer, but here is the scale The Project will be using for ranking beers, bars, and breweries experienced.

5 Fingers – Top-notch.  Worthy of giving the brew-master a high five!

3 Fingers – Ok.  Middle of the road.  Make the ‘ok’ signal with your hand and you will get it.

1 Finger – Really bad.  Worthy of, well, one finger.
